How far in advance should I schedule my move?
It's best to schedule your move 2 to 3 weeks in advance. If you aren't sure about dates, take comfort in knowing we don't charge for rescheduling.
How does your company move tvs?
The best way to move a TV is to place it back into the original box. If you do not have the box we will professionally pad, shrink wrap and carefully pack your TV into our truck.
Do I need to empty out my dressers when moving?
Absolutely not. Clothing and other fabrics can be left in drawers, but we recommend taking out anything loose fragile or heavy. Dressers and furniture will be padded and shrink wrapped for protection - which is included in your move at no additional cost!
Is RIVER CITY Moving licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed, bonded and insured to complete moves throughout the entire state. Ask about out Long Distance options.
do you offer same day packing and moving services?
We do not do packing and moving on the same day. To keep things simple and smooth we split packing and moving into two separate jobs. This will ensure your items are both packed and moved with the utmost care.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks and all major credit/debit cards. There is a 3% fee for credit card payments.
